Facilities Development Manual (FDM)

In general the links in this view
of the FDM are not active. The intent of providing the individual
chapters is to allow for downloading a smaller section of the FDM
for printing purposes. As part of the conversion process this view
of the FDM is being replaced with zip files of each chapter which can
be downloaded for printing.

Printing individual chapters:
Non-WisDOT users can print what they need locally.
WisDOT staff can print FDM chapters locally or click here and
complete the print request form 
to have
chapters printed in Central Office and sent to you. The Bureau of
Project Development will pay for printing done by the Central Office
print shop.
Department staff should submit completed printing request forms
to: copy-ctr.dbm@dot.state.wi.us
(short version on WisDOT Outlook Express is DOT-DBM Copy-Ctr)
Please add the following information in the form boxes noted
below:
- Box 4 - Order Date
- Box 5 - Due Date
- Box 6 - Total # Originals/Pages
for all requested chapters (see above)
- Box 7 - FDM Chapter to be printed
- Box 9 - Order Quantity
- Box 34 - Deliver To
- Box 36 - Contact Name
- Box 37 - Contact Telephone #
