The links below are .zip  files that contain Adobe PDF  documents.
Printing individual chapters:
Non-WisDOT users can print what they need locally.
WisDOT staff can print FDM chapters locally or complete the print request form  to have chapters printed.
Department staff should submit completed printing request forms to: copy-ctr.dbm@dot.state.wi.us
Please add the following information in the form boxes noted below:
- Box 4 - Order Date
- Box 5 - Due Date
- Box 6 - Total Number Originals/Pages for all requested chapters (see above)
- Box 7 - FDM Chapter to be printed
- Box 9 - Order Quantity
- Box 34 - Deliver To
- Box 36 - Contact Name
- Box 37 - Contact Telephone Number
