proposed model files. Notification of model file updates will be
issued via addenda, latest version of files can be found on this
page.
Please note, all files are in
"WinZip" format 
. You must "unzip" them before use. Visit our WinZip
assistance page for more information. These files are very
large and will require a lengthy download time.
The files may be revised or additional files may be
added to this site no later than 4 p.m. local time on Tuesday, two
weeks prior to the letting. Check the above "updated"
dates after 5 p.m. local time on Tuesday, two weeks prior to the
letting, to ensure that the latest files have been downloaded.
