Bid lettings usually occur on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. WisDOT posts bid letting advertisements approximately five weeks prior to the bid letting.  

Plan Holder and Eligible Bidder information are posted 10 days prior to the letting date.

After each highway bid letting WisDOT makes awards and publishes bid results within the Construction Bid letting information page, the Western Builder, The Daily Reporter and the Bid Express Web site.

WisDOT will post reports for the previous twelve months only.
